1. Service Description

BLOK® provides Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and custom software development services to third parties. Our services include but are not limited to:

Decentralized identity management and profile hosting
IPFS-based file storage and sharing capabilities
Social networking and micro-posting features
Developer APIs and platform services
Custom blockchain and Web3 development services

2. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: illegal content distribution, harassment, spam, or attempts to compromise system security.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.5% uptime for our services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. Service level agreements are available for enterprise customers.
